Bug Detector

If you think someone may be listening in on your private conversations or watching you on a hidden camera, a bug detector can help you find out.  A bug detector works by detecting RF frequencies in a room that signal the presence of a hidden transmitter.  You use them by walking throughout the room with the bug detector – if you come near an RF signal the bug detector will alert you.

Some bug detectors feature a display which indicates the actual frequency of the hidden transmitter, while others simply give an indication of the relative strength of the signal.  The relative strength indication allows you to precisely indicate the location of the bug in the room.  For more information on the bug detector.
