If you are leaving a caretaker in charge of your child while you are away, the truth is you have no idea how they are treating your child.  A nanny cam can keep you informed, though.  A nanny cam is a small electronic board camera that is hidden in some working everyday object, such as a CD boombox or a cordless phone.  You nanny will never suspect that they are being watched.
